We are currently looking for a part-time sales associate at our Garden City location.

The ideal Candidate is passionate about health and loves to work with the public. Experience in customer service would be considered an asset. Must be available for various day, evening, and weekend shifts.

The Sales Associate is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion.

Part Time Sales Associate

We are currently looking for a part-time sales associate four our Supplement Department at our Linden Ridge location.

The ideal Candidate is passionate about health and loves to work with the public. Experience in customer service and some knowledge of supplement functionality is required. Must be available for various day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Casual / On Call Driver

 Duties:

Responsible for transporting dry, cooler and frozen goods between multiple Vita Health locations via pallets

• Pick up or deliver any cargo assigned by President/Operations Manager/Marketing Manager
• Conducting daily truck inspections and keeping vehicle in excellent working order

Requirements:

• Valid driver licence
• Ability to maneuver a large medium-duty truck with tail-gate lift (Truck provided)
• Adaptivity to all types of driving conditions
• Able to bend and lift 50lbs
• Be organized
• Able to work a pallet jack

Part Time Kitchen Production Assistant

Kitchen Production Assistant is responsible for the preparation of our Vita Market deli items. Which includes but not limited to ingredient preparation, assembly, and packing. They also need to keep a clean and organized workspace up to the health and safety standards. 

Job Duties

• Clean, peel and chop ingredients for production
• Cooking ingredients for production
• Storing food in compliance with safety standards
• Assembly of deli items
• Packing of deli items according to invoice to be shipped out
• Maintain a sanitary and food safe work environment including washing and sanitizing of sinks and dishes.
• Assist customers when needed
• Maintain a clean kitchen including sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning duties as assigned by Production Manager
• Any other duties as assigned by Operations and Kitchen Managers

 Requirements

• Energetic, self-motivated, strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Punctual and reliable
• Able to use various kitchen equipment (oven, burners, food processor, etc)
• Read and follow recipes and rotate and label stock
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
• Able to work Stat Holidays
• Able to work 25 hours per week
